Sometimes it is so nice to take a quiet moment and enjoy making a photograph just for me. Today was so peaceful outside the studio. I wanted to make an image that evoked a pen and ink sketch.

Did you know that there was a really cool hair studio right across the street from my studio? It’s called Beej and I checked it out last month. They have a hair color “bar”. If only they had a wine bar too…  They are having an event on March 12th with makeup consultations, product demos and they are collecting hair appliances and clothing for the YMCA Battered Women’s Shelter.
